New December Dinner Menu

This December we have created a delicious four course meal from local & organic ingredients. All Menus

 

Here are some nice pairings:

First Course- Locally Crafted Cheese Board.

Second Course – Cauliflower Gratin. Roasted Celery Root. Sweet Garlic Puree. Maple Gastrique.

Third Course – Filet Mignon. Roasted winter veggies. Garlic & herb whipped Potato. Whiskey Caramel Mushroom Sauce.

Fourth Course – Eclat Chocolate Truffles & Dia Dolce Mini Cupcakes
